2. ದಾವೀದನು ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲಿನ ದೇಶದಲ್ಲಿರುವ ಪರ ದೇಶಸ್ಥರನ್ನು ಕೂಡಿಸಲು ಹೇಳಿ ದೇವರ ಮನೆಯನ್ನು ಕಟ್ಟಿಸುವದಕ್ಕೆ ಕೆತ್ತನೆ ಕಲ್ಲುಗಳನ್ನು ಕಡಿಯುವ ಹಾಗೆ ಕುಟಿಗರನ್ನು ನೇಮಿಸಿದನು.
