20. ಯಾರೊಬ್ಬಾಮನು ತಿರುಗಿ ಬಂದಿದ್ದಾನೆಂದು ಕೇಳಿದಾಗ ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲ್ಯ ರೆಲ್ಲರು ಸಭೆಗೆ ಅವನನ್ನು ಕರೇಕಳುಹಿಸಿ ಸಮಸ್ತ ಇಸ್ರಾ ಯೇಲಿನ ಮೇಲೆ ಅವನನ್ನು ಅರಸನನ್ನಾಗಿ ಮಾಡಿದರು. ಯೆಹೂದನ ಗೋತ್ರ ಹೊರತಾಗಿ ದಾವೀದನ ಮನೆ ಯನ್ನು ಹಿಂಬಾಲಿಸುವವರು ಯಾರೂ ಇರಲಿಲ್ಲ.
