11. ಆದರೆ ದಾವೀದನಿಗಾಗಿ ಕಾದುಕೊಂಡಿದ್ದು ಉದಯ ದಲ್ಲಿ ಅವನನ್ನು ಕೊಂದುಹಾಕುವ ಹಾಗೆ ಸೌಲನು ಅವನ ಮನೆಗೆ ದೂತರನ್ನು ಕಳುಹಿಸಿದನು. ಆಗ ಅವನ ಹೆಂಡತಿಯಾದ ವಿಾಕಲಳು ಅವನಿಗೆ--ನೀನು ಈ ರಾತ್ರಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ನಿನ್ನ ಪ್ರಾಣವನ್ನು ತಪ್ಪಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳದೆ ಹೋದರೆ ನಾಳೆ ಕೊಲ್ಲಲ್ಪಡುವಿ ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿ
