17. ಅದಕ್ಕವನು--ಇಗೋ, ಇದ್ದೇನೆ ಅಂದನು. ಏಲಿ ಯು ಅವನಿಗೆ--ಕರ್ತನು ನಿನಗೆ ಹೇಳಿದ ಮಾತೇನು? ನನಗೆ ಅದನ್ನು ಮರೆಮಾಡಬೇಡ. ಕರ್ತನು ನಿನಗೆ ಹೇಳಿದ ಸಕಲ ವಾರ್ತೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ನೀನು ಯಾವದನ್ನಾದರೂ ನನಗೆ ಮರೆಮಾಡಿದರೆ ದೇವರು ನಿನಗೆ ಅದಕ್ಕಿಂತ ಅಧಿಕವಾಗಿ ಮಾಡಲಿ ಅಂದನು.
