2. ರೆಹಬ್ಬಾಮನು ಅರಸನಾದ ಐದನೇ ವರುಷ ದಲ್ಲಿ ಏನಾಯಿತಂದರೆ, ಅವರು ಕರ್ತನಿಗೆ ವಿರೋಧ ವಾಗಿ ಅಪರಾಧ ಮಾಡಿದ್ದರಿಂದ ಐಗುಪ್ತದ ಅರಸನಾದ ಶೀಶಕನು ಯೆರೂಸಲೇಮಿಗೆ ವಿರೋಧವಾಗಿ ಬಂದನು.
