18. ಅವರಲ್ಲಿ ಎಪ್ಪತ್ತು ಸಾವಿರ ಮಂದಿಯನ್ನು ಹೊರೆಹೊರುವದಕ್ಕೂ ಎಂಭತ್ತು ಸಾವಿರ ಮಂದಿಯನ್ನು ಬೆಟ್ಟದಲ್ಲಿ ಕಲ್ಲು ಕಡಿಯುವ ದಕ್ಕೂ ಮೂರು ಸಾವಿರದ ಆರು ನೂರು ಮಂದಿ ಯನ್ನು ಕೆಲಸದವರ ಮೇಲೆ ಮೇಲ್ವಿಚಾರಣೆಗಾಗಿಯೂ ಇರಿಸಿದನು.
