9. ಆಗ ಅಮಚ್ಯನು ದೇವರ ಮನುಷ್ಯನಿಗೆ--ಆದರೆ ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲಿನ ದಂಡಿಗೆ ನಾನು ಕೊಟ್ಟ ನೂರು ತಲಾಂತುಗಳಿಗೋಸ್ಕರ ಏನು ಮಾಡಬೇಕು ಅಂದನು. ಅದಕ್ಕೆ ದೇವರ ಮನುಷ್ಯನು--ಕರ್ತನು ಇದಕ್ಕಿಂತ ಅಧಿಕವಾಗಿ ನಿನಗೆ ಕೊಡಲು ಶಕ್ತನು ಅಂದನು.
