25. ಆದರೆ ಹಿಜ್ಕೀ ಯನು ತನಗೆ ಆದ ಉಪಕಾರಕ್ಕೆ ತಕ್ಕಂತೆ ನಡೆಯದೆ ಇದ್ದನು; ಅವನ ಹೃದಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಅಹಂಕಾರ ತುಂಬಿತ್ತು; ಆದದರಿಂದ ಅವನ ಮೇಲೆಯೂ ಯೆಹೂದ ಯೆರೂ ಸಲೇಮಿನ ಮೇಲೆಯೂ ರೌದ್ರ ಉಂಟಾಯಿತು.
