8. ಅವನ ಸಂಗಡ ಮಾಂಸದ ತೋಳು; ಆದರೆ ನಮ್ಮ ಸಂಗಡ ನಮಗೆ ಸಹಾಯ ಕೊಡುವದಕ್ಕೂ ನಮ್ಮ ಯುದ್ಧಗಳನ್ನು ನಡಿಸುವದಕ್ಕೂ ನಮ್ಮ ದೇವರಾದ ಕರ್ತನು ತಾನೇ ಇದ್ದಾನೆ ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿದನು. ಆದ ದರಿಂದ ಜನರು ಯೆಹೂದದ ಅರಸನಾದ ಹಿಜ್ಕೀಯನ ಮಾತುಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಆತುಕೊಂಡರು.
