24. ಆದದರಿಂದ ಅವನ ಸೇವಕರು ಆ ರಥದೊಳಗಿಂದ ಅವನನ್ನು ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಂಡು ಅವನಿಗಿದ್ದ ಎರಡನೇ ರಥ ದಲ್ಲಿ ಅವನನ್ನು ಇರಿಸಿ ಯೆರೂಸಲೇಮಿಗೆ ತಂದರು. ಅವನು ಅಲ್ಲಿ ಸತ್ತು ತನ್ನ ಪಿತೃಗಳ ಸಮಾಧಿಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಹೂಣಲ್ಪಟ್ಟನು. ಸಮಸ್ತ ಯೆಹೂದ ಯೆರೂಸಲೇಮಿ ನವರು ಯೋಷೀಯನಿಗೋಸ್ಕರ ದುಃಖಪಟ್ಟರು.
