9. ಆದರೆ ಯಾಜಕನಾದ ಯೆಹೋಯಾದಾವನು ಒಂದು ಪೆಟ್ಟಿಗೆಯನ್ನು ತಕ್ಕೊಂಡು ಅದರ ಮುಚ್ಚಳದಲ್ಲಿ ತೂತನ್ನು ಮಾಡಿ ಬಲಿಪೀಠದ ಬಳಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಕರ್ತನ ಮನೆಯೊಳಗೆ ಪ್ರವೇಶದ ಬಲಗಡೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಇಟ್ಟನು. ಆಗ ಬಾಗಲು ಕಾಯುವ ಯಾಜಕರು ಕರ್ತನ ಮನೆಗೆ ತರಲ್ಪಟ್ಟ ಹಣವನ್ನೆಲ್ಲಾ ಅದರಲ್ಲಿ ಹಾಕಿದರು.
