2. ಆಗ ಅರಸನಿಗೆ ಹಸ್ತಕನಾದ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಯು ದೇವರ ಮನುಷ್ಯನಿಗೆ ಪ್ರತ್ಯುತ್ತರವಾಗಿ -- ಇಗೋ, ಕರ್ತನು ಆಕಾಶದಲ್ಲಿ ಕಿಟಕಿಗಳನ್ನು ಮಾಡಿದರೂ ಸಂಭವಿಸಲಾರದು ಅನ್ನಲು ಎಲೀಷನು ಅವನಿಗೆ ಈ ಕಾರ್ಯವನ್ನು ನೀನು ನಿನ್ನ ಕಣ್ಣುಗಳಿಂದ ನೋಡುವಿ; ಆದರೆ ಅದನ್ನು ತಿನ್ನುವದಿಲ್ಲ ಅಂದನು.
