12. ದಾವೀದನು ತನ್ನ ಯೌವ ನಸ್ಥರಿಗೆ ಆಜ್ಞಾಪಿಸಿದ್ದರಿಂದ ಅವರು ಅವರನ್ನು ಕೊಂದು ಹಾಕಿ, ಅವರ ಕೈಕಾಲುಗಳನ್ನು ಕಡಿದು ಹೆಬ್ರೋ ನಿನಲ್ಲಿರುವ ಕೊಳದ ಬಳಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ತೂಗುಹಾಕಿದರು. ಅವರು ಈಷ್ಬೋಶೆತನ ತಲೆಯನ್ನು ತಕ್ಕೊಂಡು ಅದನ್ನು ಹೆಬ್ರೋನಿನಲ್ಲಿರುವ ಅಬ್ನೇರನ ಸಮಾಧಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಹೂಣಿಟ್ಟರು.
