6. ತರುವಾಯ ಕಾವಲುದಂಡುಗಳನ್ನು ದಾವೀದನು ದಮಸ್ಕಕ್ಕೆ ಹೊಂದಿದ ಅರಾಮ್ಯದ ಠಾಣ ಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಇಟ್ಟನು. ಹಾಗೆಯೇ ಅರಾಮ್ಯರು ದಾವೀದ ನಿಗೆ ದಾಸರಾಗಿ ಕಪ್ಪಗಳನ್ನು ತಂದರು; ದಾವೀದನು ಹೋದ ಸ್ಥಳಗಳಲ್ಲೆಲ್ಲಾ ಕರ್ತನು ಅವನನ್ನು ಕಾಪಾಡಿ ದನು.
