18. ಇದಲ್ಲದೆ ಎಪಿಕೂರಿಯರು, ಸ್ತೋಯಿಕರು ಎಂಬ ತತ್ವ ವಿಚಾರಕರಲ್ಲಿ ಕೆಲವರು ಅವನನ್ನು ಎದುರಿಸಿದರು. ಮತ್ತು ಅವರಲ್ಲಿ ಕೆಲವರು--ಈ ಮಾತಾಳಿ ಏನು ಹೇಳಬೇಕೆಂದಿದ್ದಾನೆ ಅಂದರು. ಅವನು ಯೇಸುವಿನ ವಿಷಯವಾಗಿಯೂ ಪುನರುತ್ಥಾನದ ವಿಷಯ ವಾಗಿಯೂ ಸಾರುತ್ತಿದ್ದದರಿಂದ--ಇವನು ಅನ್ಯ ದೇವರ
