27. ಎರಡು ವರುಷಗಳಾದ ಮೇಲೆ ಫೇಲಿಕ್ಸನ ಸ್ಥಳಕ್ಕೆ ಪೋರ್ಕಿಯ ಫೆಸ್ತನು ಬಂದನು. ಆಗ ಫೇಲಿಕ್ಸನು ಯೆಹೂದ್ಯರನ್ನು ಸಂತೋಷಪಡಿಸುವ ಮನಸ್ಸುಳ್ಳವನಾಗಿ ಪೌಲನನ್ನು ಬಂಧನದಲ್ಲಿಯೇ ಬಿಟ್ಟನು.
