2. ಆ ಮೇಲೆ ಅರಸನಾದ ನೆಬೂಕದ್ನೆಚ್ಚರನು ಪ್ರಭುಗಳನ್ನೂ ರಾಜ್ಯ ಪಾಲರನ್ನೂ ಆಲೋಚನಾಕರ್ತರು ಅಧಿಕಾರಸ್ಥರನ್ನೂ ನ್ಯಾಯಾಧಿಪತಿಗಳನ್ನೂ ಬೊಕ್ಕಸದವರನ್ನೂ ಮತ್ತು ಸಲಹೆಗಾರರನ್ನೂ ಪಂಡಿತರನ್ನೂ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಪ್ರಾಂತ್ಯಗಳ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳನ್ನೂ ತಾನು ನಿಲ್ಲಿಸಿದ್ದ ಪ್ರತಿಮೆಯ ಪ್ರತಿ ಷ್ಠೆಗೆ ಕರೆಯಿಸಿದನು.
