12. ಬೆಲ್ಶೆಚ್ಚರನೆಂಬ ಹೆಸರನ್ನು ಅರಸನಿಂದ ಪಡೆದ ಆ ದಾನಿಯೇಲನಲ್ಲಿ ಕನಸುಗಳ ಅರ್ಥವನ್ನು ಹೇಳುವದಕ್ಕೂ ಕಠಿಣವಾದ ಸಂಗತಿಗಳನ್ನು ತಿಳಿಸುವದಕ್ಕೂ ಮರ್ಮಗಳನ್ನು ಬಿಚ್ಚುವ ದಕ್ಕೂ ಉತ್ತಮ ಆತ್ಮವೂ ಜ್ಞಾನವೂ ವಿವೇಕವೂ ಸಿಕ್ಕಿ ದವು ಅಂದಳು. ಈಗ ಆ ದಾನಿಯೇಲನನ್ನು ಕರೆಯಿ ಸಿದರೆ ಅವನು ಈ ಬರಹದ ಅರ್ಥವನ್ನು ವಿವರಿಸುವನು ಅಂದಳು.
