23. ಅವನ ಹೆಣವು ರಾತ್ರಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಮರದ ಮೇಲಿರಬಾರದು; ಅವನನ್ನು ಹೇಗಾದರೂ ಅದೇ ದಿವಸದಲ್ಲಿ ಹೂಣಿಡ ಬೇಕು; (ಯಾಕಂದರೆ ತೂಗಾಡುವವನು ದೇವರಿಂದ ಶಾಪಗ್ರಸ್ತನಾಗಿದ್ದಾನೆ); ಆದರೆ ನಿನ್ನ ದೇವರಾದ ಕರ್ತನು ನಿನಗೆ ಸ್ವಾಸ್ತ್ಯವಾಗಿ ಕೊಡುವ ಭೂಮಿಯು ಅಶುದ್ಧವಾಗಬಾರದು.
