4. ಆ ಮೇಲೆ ಆ ಊರಿನ ಹಿರಿಯರು ಆ ಮಣಕವನ್ನು ನಿತ್ಯ ಹರಿಯುವ ಹಳ್ಳದ ಬಳಿಗೆ ಬೇಸಾಯವಾಗದಂಥ, ಬೀಜಹಾಕದಂಥ, ಸ್ಥಳಕ್ಕೆ ತಕ್ಕೊಂಡು ಹೋಗಿ ಅಲ್ಲಿ ಹಳ್ಳದಲ್ಲಿ ಮಣಕದ ಕುತ್ತಿಗೆಯನ್ನು ಕೊಯ್ಯಬೇಕು.
