17. ಆ ದಿವಸದಲ್ಲಿ ನನ್ನ ಕೋಪವು ಅವರ ಮೇಲೆ ಉರಿಯು ವದು. ನಾನು ಅವರನ್ನು ಬಿಟ್ಟುಬಿಟ್ಟು ನನ್ನ ಮುಖವನ್ನು ಅವರಿಗೆ ಮರೆಮಾಡುವೆನು; (ವಿರೋಧಿಗಳು) ಅವ ರನ್ನು ನುಂಗಿ ಬಿಡುವರು; ಬಹಳ ಕೇಡುಗಳೂ ಇಕ್ಕಟ್ಟು ಗಳೂ ಅವರಿಗೆ ಸಂಭವಿಸುವವು; ಆ ದಿವಸದಲ್ಲಿ ಅವರು--ನಮ್ಮ ದೇವರು ನಮ್ಮ ಮಧ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಇಲ್ಲದ ಕಾರಣ ಈ ಕೇಡುಗಳು ನಮ್ಮನ್ನು ಹಿಡಿದವಲ್ಲಾ ಎಂದು ಹೇಳುವರು.
