2. ಎಲ್ಲವು ಗಳು ಎಲ್ಲರಿಗೂ ಒಂದೇ ಬಗೆಯಾಗಿ ಸಂಭವಿಸುವವು. ನೀತಿವಂತನಿಗೂ ದುಷ್ಟನಿಗೂ ಸಂಗತಿ ಒಳ್ಳೆಯವನಿಗೂ ಶುದ್ಧನಿಗೂ ಅಶುದ್ಧನಿಗೂ ಮತ್ತು ಅರ್ಪಿಸುವವನಿಗೂ ಅರ್ಪಿಸದವನಿಗೂ ಒಂದೇ ಗತಿಯಾಗುವದು. ಒಳ್ಳೆಯ ವನ ಹಾಗೆಯೇ ಪಾಪಿಯೂ ಇರುವನು; ಆಣೆಯಿಡು ವವನಿಗೆ ಹೇಗೋ ಹಾಗೆಯೇ ಆಣೆಗೆ ಭಯಪಡುವ ವನೂ ಇರುವನು.
