9. ಆಗ ಮನೆ ವಾರ್ತೆಯರಲ್ಲಿ ಒಬ್ಬನಾದ ಹರ್ಬೋನನು ಅರಸನ ಮುಂದೆ--ಇಗೋ, ಅರಸ ನನ್ನು ಕುರಿತು ಒಳ್ಳೇದನ್ನು ಹೇಳಿದ ಮೊರ್ದೆಕೈಗೋಸ್ಕರ ಹಾಮಾನನು ಮಾಡಿಸಿದ ಐವತ್ತು ಮೊಳ ಉದ್ದವಾದ ಗಲ್ಲಿನ ಮರವು ಹಾಮಾನನ ಮನೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಅದೆ ಅಂದನು. ಅದಕ್ಕೆ ಅರಸನು--ಅವನನ್ನು ಅದರಲ್ಲಿ ತೂಗು ಹಾಕಿರಿ ಅಂದನು.
