29. ಆಗ ಅಬೀಹೈಲನ ಮಗಳಾದ ಎಸ್ತೇರ ರಾಣಿಯೂ ಯೆಹೂದ್ಯನಾದ ಮೊರ್ದೆಕೈಯೂ ಈ ಪೂರೀಮೆಂಬ ದಿವಸಗಳನ್ನು ಕುರಿತು ಎರಡನೇ ಪತ್ರವನ್ನು ಸ್ಥಿರಪಡಿ ಸಲು ಸಮಸ್ತ ಅಧಿಕಾರದಿಂದ ಬರೆಸಿದರು.
