12. ಆಗ ಕರ್ತನು ಮೋಶೆಗೆ--ಮಿಡತೆಗಳಿಗಾಗಿ ನಿನ್ನ ಕೈಯನ್ನು ಐಗುಪ್ತದ ಮೇಲೆ ಚಾಚು. ಅವು ಐಗುಪ್ತದ ಮೇಲೆ ಬಂದು ಆ ದೇಶದಲ್ಲಿರುವ ಹಸುರಾದದ್ದನ್ನೆಲ್ಲಾ ಅಂದರೆ ಆನೆಕಲ್ಲಿನ ಮಳೆಯು ಉಳಿಸಿದ್ದದನ್ನೆಲ್ಲಾ ತಿಂದು ಬಿಡಲಿ ಅಂದನು.
