25. ಮೋಶೆಯು ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲ್ಯರಲ್ಲಿ ಸಮರ್ಥರನ್ನು ಆರಿಸಿಕೊಂಡು ಜನರ ಮೇಲೆ ಮುಖ್ಯಸ್ಥರನ್ನಾಗಿ ಮಾಡಿ ಸಾವಿರ ಜನರ ಮೇಲೆಯೂ ನೂರು ಜನರ ಮೇಲೆಯೂ ಐವತ್ತು ಜನರ ಮೇಲೆಯೂ ಹತ್ತು ಜನರ ಮೇಲೆಯೂ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳನ್ನಾಗಿ ನೇಮಿಸಿದನು.
