4. ಮೋಶೆಯು ಕರ್ತನ ಮಾತುಗಳನ್ನೆಲ್ಲಾ ಬರೆದು ಬೆಳಿಗ್ಗೆ ಎದ್ದು ಬೆಟ್ಟದ ಕೆಳಗೆ ಯಜ್ಞವೇದಿಯನ್ನು ಕಟ್ಟಿಸಿ ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲಿನ ಹನ್ನೆರಡು ಕುಲಗಳಿಗೆ ಅನುಸಾರವಾಗಿ ಹನ್ನೆರಡು ಸ್ತಂಭಗಳನ್ನು ನಿಲ್ಲಿಸಿದನು.
