9. ಮೋಶೆಯು ಫರೋಹನಿಗೆ--ಕಪ್ಪೆಗಳು ನಿನ್ನಿಂದಲೂ ನಿನ್ನ ಮನೆಗಳಿಂದಲೂ ತೆಗೆದು ಹಾಕಲ್ಪಟ್ಟು ನದಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಮಾತ್ರ ಉಳಿಯುವ ಹಾಗೆ ನಾನು ನಿನಗೋಸ್ಕರವೂ ನಿನ್ನ ಸೇವಕರಿಗೋಸ್ಕರವೂ ಜನರಿಗೋಸ್ಕರವೂ ಬೇಡಿ ಕೊಳ್ಳುವ ಸಮಯವನ್ನು ನನಗೆ ನೇಮಿಸು ಅಂದನು.
