21. ದೇವರಾದ ಕರ್ತನು ಹೀಗೆ ಹೇಳುತ್ತಾನೆ; ನಾನು ಕತ್ತಿ ಬರಗಾಲ ದುಷ್ಟಮೃಗ ವ್ಯಾಧಿಗಳೆಂಬ ನನ್ನ ನಾಲ್ಕು ಕಠಿಣವಾದ ನ್ಯಾಯತೀರ್ಪುಗಳನ್ನು ಯೆರೂಸ ಲೇಮಿನ ಮೇಲೆ ಕಳುಹಿಸಿ ಮನುಷ್ಯರನ್ನೂ ಮೃಗಗಳನ್ನೂ ಕಡಿದು ಬಿಟ್ಟ ಮೇಲೆ ಮತ್ತೆ ಏನಾಗುವದು?
