Ezekiel 17.9
9. ನೀನು ಹೇಳಬೇಕಾದದ್ದೇನಂದರೆ -- ದೇವರಾದ ಕರ್ತನು ಹೀಗೆ ಹೇಳುತ್ತಾನೆ. ಅದು ಸಮೃದ್ಧಿಯಾಗಿ ರುವದೋ? ಆ ಹದ್ದು ಅದರ ಬೇರುಗಳನ್ನು ಕಿತ್ತು ಅದರ ಹಣ್ಣುಗಳನ್ನು ತೆಗೆದುಬಿಟ್ಟರೆ ಅದು ಒಣಗುವದಿಲ್ಲವೇ? ಅದರ ಮೊಳಕೆಯ ಎಲೆಗಳೆಲ್ಲಾ ಒಣಗಿಹೋದಾಗ ಅದನ್ನು ಬೇರು ಸಹಿತ ಕೀಳಬೇಕಾದರೆ ಮಹಾಬಲವಾಗಲೀ ಅಥವಾ ಬಹಳ ಜನರಾಗಲೀ ಇರಬೇಕು.
