29. ದೇಶದ ಜನರು ಬಲಾತ್ಕಾರ ಮಾಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ, ಕೊಳ್ಳೆಯನ್ನು ಹೊಡೆದಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಬಡವನನ್ನೂ ದರಿದ್ರ ರನ್ನೂ ಪೀಡಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ; ಹೌದು, ಅವರು ನ್ಯಾಯವಿಲ್ಲದೆ ಒಬ್ಬ ಅಪರಿಚಿತನನ್ನು ಬಲಾತ್ಕಾರಪಡಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
