3. ದೇವರಾದ ಕರ್ತನು ಹೀಗೆ ಹೇಳು ತ್ತಾನೆ--ಇಗೋ, ತೂರ್‌ ದೇಶವೇ, ನಾನು ನಿನಗೆ ವಿರೋಧವಾಗಿದ್ದೇನೆ, ಸಮುದ್ರವು ತನ್ನ ಅಲೆಗಳನ್ನು ಹೇಗೆ ಬರಮಾಡುವದೋ ಹಾಗೆಯೇ ನಾನು ನಿನಗೆ ವಿರೋಧವಾಗಿ ಅನೇಕ ಜನಾಂಗಗಳನ್ನು ನಿನ್ನ ಮೇಲೆ ಬರಮಾಡುವೆನು.
