15. ಆ ರಾಜ್ಯವು ಸಮಸ್ತ ರಾಜ್ಯಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಕನಿಷ್ಠ ರಾಜ್ಯವೆನಿ ಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವದು; ಮಿಕ್ಕ ಜನಾಂಗಗಳಿಗಿಂತ ತಾನು ದೊಡ್ಡದೆಂದು ಅದು ಇನ್ನು ಮೇಲೆ ತಲೆ ಎತ್ತದು; ಅದು ಜನಾಂಗಗಳ ಮೇಲೆ ದೊರೆತನ ಮಾಡಲಾಗ ದಂತೆ ಅದನ್ನು ಕ್ಷೀಣಗತಿಗೆ ತರುವೆನು.
