19. ಆದದರಿಂದ ದೇವರಾದ ಕರ್ತನು ಹೀಗೆ ಹೇಳು ತ್ತಾನೆ--ಇಗೋ, ನಾನು ಬಾಬೆಲಿನ ಅರಸನಾದ ನೆಬೂಕದ್ನೆಚ್ಚರನಿಗೆ ಐಗುಪ್ತದೇಶವನ್ನು ಕೊಡುತ್ತೇನೆ, ಅವನು ಅದರ ಜನಸಮೂಹವನ್ನೂ ಕೊಳ್ಳೆಯನ್ನೂ ಸುಲಿಗೆಯನ್ನು ಸೂರೆಮಾಡುವನು. ಇದೇ ಅವನ ದಂಡು ಪಟ್ಟ ಶ್ರಮಕ್ಕೆ ಪ್ರತಿಫಲವಾಗುವದು.
