7. ಆದದರಿಂದ ದೇವ ರಾದ ಕರ್ತನು ಹೀಗೆ ಹೇಳುತ್ತಾನೆ--ನಾನು ನನ್ನ ಕೈಯನ್ನು ಮೇಲೆತ್ತಿದ್ದೇನೆ, ನಿಶ್ಚಯವಾಗಿ ನಿನ್ನ ಮೇಲಿ ರುವ ಅನ್ಯಜನಾಂಗಗಳು ತಾವಾಗಿಯೇ ತಮ್ಮ ನಿಂದೆಯನ್ನು ಹೊರುವರು.
