23. ಇಲ್ಲವೆ ಅವರು ಇನ್ನು ತಮ್ಮ ವಿಗ್ರಹಗಳಿಂದಲೂ ಅಸಹ್ಯಗಳಿಂದಲೂ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಅಕ್ರಮಗಳಿಂದಲೂ ಅಶುದ್ಧವಾಗುವದಿಲ್ಲ; ಆದರೆ ನಾನು ಅವರನ್ನು ಪಾಪಮಾಡಿದವರ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ನಿವಾಸಿ ಗಳಿಂದ ರಕ್ಷಿಸಿ, ಅವರನ್ನು ಶುದ್ಧಮಾಡುವೆನು; ಹೀಗೆ ಅವರು ನನ್ನ ಜನರಾಗಿರುವರು ನಾನು ಅವರಿಗೆ ದೇವರಾಗಿರುವೆನು.
