9. ದೇವರಾದ ಕರ್ತನು ಹೀಗೆ ಹೇಳುತ್ತಾನೆ--ಓ ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲಿನ ಪ್ರಭುಗಳೇ, ನೀವು ಸಾಕುಮಾಡಿರಿ, ಬಲಾತ್ಕಾರವನ್ನು ಸುಲಿಗೆಯನ್ನು ಬಿಡಿರಿ; ನ್ಯಾಯವನ್ನೂ ನೀತಿಯನ್ನೂ ಮಾಡಿರಿ; ನನ್ನ ಜನರನ್ನು ಓಡಿಸಬೇಡಿರಿ ಎಂದು ದೇವರಾದ ಕರ್ತನು ಹೇಳುತ್ತಾನೆ.
