17. ನಾನು ಹೇಳುವದೇನಂದರೆ, ದೇವರು ಕ್ರಿಸ್ತನಲ್ಲಿ ಮೊದಲು ಸ್ಥಿರಪಡಿಸಿದ ಒಡಂಬಡಿಕೆಯನ್ನು ನಾನೂರ ಮೂವತ್ತು ವರುಷಗಳ ಮೇಲೆ ಬಂದ ನ್ಯಾಯಪ್ರಮಾಣವು ರದ್ದು ಮಾಡಿ ಆ ವಾಗ್ದಾನವನ್ನು ವ್ಯರ್ಥಮಾಡುವದಿಲ್ಲ.
