9. ಅವನು ಇಷ್ಮಾಯೇಲನ ಬಳಿಗೆ ಹೋಗಿ ತನಗಿದ್ದ ಹೆಂಡತಿಯರಲ್ಲದೆ ಅಬ್ರಹಾಮನ ಮಗನಾದ ಇಷ್ಮಾ ಯೇಲನ ಮಗಳೂ ನೆಬಾಯೋತನ ತಂಗಿಯೂ ಆಗಿರುವ ಮಹಲತ್‌ಳನ್ನು ತನ್ನ ಹೆಂಡತಿಯಾಗಿ ತಕ್ಕೊಂಡನು.
