11. ಆಗ ಯೆಹೂದನು ತನ್ನ ಸೊಸೆಯಾದ ತಾಮಾರ ಳಿಗೆ--ನನ್ನ ಮಗನಾದ ಶೇಲಹನು ದೊಡ್ಡವನಾಗುವ ವರೆಗೆ ವಿಧವೆಯಾಗಿದ್ದು ನಿನ್ನ ತಂದೆಯ ಮನೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಇರು ಅಂದನು. ಯಾಕಂದರೆ ಇವನು ಸಹ ತನ್ನ ಸಹೋದರರ ಹಾಗೆ ಸತ್ತಾನೆಂದು ಅಂದುಕೊಂಡನು. ತಾಮಾರಳು ಹೋಗಿ ತನ್ನ ತಂದೆಯ ಮನೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ವಾಸಮಾಡಿದಳು.
