19. ಇದಲ್ಲದೆ ನೀರು ಭೂಮಿಯ ಮೇಲೆ ಅತ್ಯಧಿಕವಾಗಿ ಪ್ರಬಲವಾದದ್ದರಿಂದ ಆಕಾಶದ ಕೆಳಗಿರುವ ಎತ್ತರ ವಾದ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಬೆಟ್ಟಗಳು ಮುಚ್ಚಲ್ಪಟ್ಟವು.
