4. ಆದಾಗ್ಯೂ ಈಗ ಕರ್ತನು ಹೇಳುತ್ತಾನೆ --ಜೆರುಬ್ಬಾಬೆಲನೇ, ಬಲವಾಗಿರು; ಪ್ರಧಾನ ಯಾಜಕ ನಾದ ಯೆಹೋಚಾದಾಕನ ಮಗನಾದ ಯೆಹೋ ಶುವನೇ, ಬಲವಾಗಿರು; ದೇಶದ ಜನರೆಲ್ಲರೇ, ಬಲ ವಾಗಿರ್ರಿ ಎಂದು ಕರ್ತನು ಹೇಳುತ್ತಾನೆ; ಕೆಲಸ ಮಾಡಿರಿ; ನಾನು ನಿಮ್ಮ ಸಂಗಡ ಇದ್ದೇನೆಂದು ಸೈನ್ಯ ಗಳ ಕರ್ತನು ಹೇಳುತ್ತಾನೆ.
