4. ಆತನು ಅನೇಕ ಜನಾಂಗ ಗಳ ಮಧ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ ನ್ಯಾಯ ತೀರಿಸಿ, ಅನೇಕ ಪ್ರಜೆಗಳನ್ನು ಗದರಿಸುವನು; ಅವರು ತಮ್ಮ ಕತ್ತಿಗಳನ್ನು ನೇಗಿಲಿನ ಗುಳಗಳನ್ನಾಗಿಯೂ ತಮ್ಮ ಈಟಿಗಳನ್ನು ಕುಡುಗೋ ಲುಗಳನ್ನಾಗಿಯೂ ಬಡಿಯುವರು; ಜನಾಂಗಕ್ಕೆ ವಿರೋ ಧವಾಗಿ ಜನಾಂಗವು ಕತ್ತಿಯನ್ನು ಎತ್ತದು; ಇಲ್ಲವೆ ಇನ್ನು ಮೇಲೆ ಯುದ್ಧಾಭ್ಯಾಸವು ಇರುವದೇ ಇಲ್ಲ.
