13. ಹೀಗಿರುವದರಿಂದ ಕರ್ತನು ಹೇಳುವದೇನಂದರೆ --ಈ ಜನರು ಬಾಯಿಂದ ನನ್ನನ್ನು ಸವಿಾಪಿಸಿ; ಅವರ ತುಟಿಗಳಿಂದ ನನ್ನನ್ನು ಸನ್ಮಾನಿಸುತ್ತಾರೆ; ಆದರೆ ತಮ್ಮ ಹೃದಯವನ್ನು ನನಗೆ ದೂರ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಂಡು ಬಾಯಿ ಪಾಠವಾಗಿ ಕಲಿತಿರುವ ಮನುಷ್ಯರ ಆಜ್ಞೆಗೆ ಸರಿಯಾದ ಭಯವನ್ನು ಮಾತ್ರ ನನ್ನಲ್ಲಿಟ್ಟಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
