9. ಶುಭಸಮಾಚಾರವನ್ನು ತಿಳಿಸುವ ಓ ಚೀಯೋನೇ, ನೀನು ಉನ್ನತಪರ್ವತವನ್ನು ಏರು; ಶುಭಸಮಾ ಚಾರವನ್ನು ತಿಳಿಸುವ ಓ ಯೆರೂಸಲೇಮೇ, ಬಲವಾಗಿ ನಿನ್ನ ಸ್ವರವನ್ನು ಎತ್ತು, ಭಯಪಡದೆ ಎತ್ತು; ಯೆಹೂದದ ಪಟ್ಟಣಗಳಿಗೆ ಇಗೋ, ನಿನ್ನ ದೇವರು ಎಂದು ಹೇಳು.
