3. ಕರ್ತನು ಚೀಯೋನನ್ನು ಆದರಿಸುವನು; ಆತನು ಅದರ ಹಾಳಾದ ಸ್ಥಳಗ ಳನ್ನು ಸುಧಾರಿಸುವನು; ಅದರ ಅರಣ್ಯವನ್ನು ಏದೆನ್‌ ಹಾಗೆಯೂ ಮರುಭೂಮಿಯನ್ನು ಕರ್ತನ ತೋಟದ ಹಾಗೆಯೂ ಮಾಡುವನು. ಅಲ್ಲಿ ಆನಂದವೂ ಉಲ್ಲಾ ಸವೂ ಉಪಕಾರ ಸ್ತುತಿಯೂ ಇಂಪಾದ ಸ್ವರವೂ ಕಂಡುಬರುವವು.
