17. ಹೀಗಿರಲು ಕರ್ತನು ಅವರ ಯೌವನಸ್ಥರಲ್ಲಿ ಆನಂದಿಸುವದಿಲ್ಲ; ಅವರ ಅನಾಥರನ್ನೂ ವಿಧವೆಯರನ್ನೂ ಕರುಣಿಸುವದಿಲ್ಲ; ಪ್ರತಿಯೊಬ್ಬನು ಕಪಟಿಯೂ ಕೇಡು ಮಾಡುವವನೂ ಆಗಿದ್ದಾನೆ. ಎಲ್ಲರ ಬಾಯಿಯೂ ಮೂರ್ಖತನದ ಮಾತುಗಳನ್ನು ಆಡುತ್ತದೆ. ಆದದರಿಂದ ಇಷ್ಟಾದರೂ ಆತನ ಕೋಪವು ತೀರದೆ ಆತನ ಕೈ ಇನ್ನೂ ಚಾಚಿಯೇ ಇದೆ.
