10. ದೇಶವು ವ್ಯಭಿಚಾರಗಳಿಂದ ತುಂಬಿದೆ; ಶಾಪದಿಂದ ದುಃಖಿಸು ತ್ತದೆ; ಅರಣ್ಯದ ಮನೋಹರವಾದ ಸ್ಥಳಗಳು ಒಣಗಿ ಹೋಗಿವೆ; ಅವರ ಓಟವು ಕೆಟ್ಟದ್ದಾಗಿದೆ; ಅವರ ಶಕ್ತಿಯು ಸರಿ ಇಲ್ಲ.
