4. ಅವರನ್ನು ಮೇಯಿಸತಕ್ಕ ಕುರುಬರನ್ನು ಅವರ ಮೇಲೆ ಇಡುತ್ತೇನೆ; ಅವರು ಇನ್ನು ಮೇಲೆ ಭಯಪಡುವದೇ ಇಲ್ಲ, ಅಂಜುವದಿಲ್ಲ, ಕೊರತೆಪಡುವದಿಲ್ಲ ಎಂದು ಕರ್ತನು ಅನ್ನುತ್ತಾನೆ.
