12. ಎಪ್ಪತ್ತು ವರುಷ ತುಂಬಿದ ಮೇಲೆ ನಾನು ಬಾಬೆಲಿನ ಅರಸನನ್ನೂ ಆ ಜನಾಂಗವನ್ನೂ ಕಸ್ದೀಯರ ದೇಶವನ್ನೂ ಅವರ ಅಕ್ರಮಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ವಿಚಾರಿಸಿ ದಂಡಿಸುವೆನು. ಅದನ್ನು ನಿತ್ಯವಾಗಿ ಹಾಳುಮಾಡುವೆನು.
